3. License Grant

  • Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

5.3 Lifetime Access

A one-time payment grants you lifetime access to the course content, including future updates.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Eligible for full refund: If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase AND have completed less than 20% of the course exercises.
  • Not eligible for refund: If more than 30 days have passed since purchase, OR if you have completed 20% or more of the course exercises.

To request a refund, contact us at the email address provided below with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, code, exercises, graphics, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of ADRIEN INSIGHTS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The course structure, exercise methodology, and educational approach are proprietary and may not be reproduced.

8. User Content

If you submit any content (comments, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of improving our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The content will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Completing the course will result in employment or specific outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADRIEN INSIGHTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
